Information you choose to provide

The early-access form collects your email address, approximate quoting volume, current quoting method, and optional price interest. After joining, you may voluntarily share business profile details, workflow challenges, software usage, pilot interest, interview interest, and open-ended feedback.

Basic visit and campaign information

To understand whether the concept and advertising are working, the site records a random session identifier, pages and sections viewed, form activity, device category, referring website, and campaign parameters such as UTM tags or advertising click identifiers when they are present in the URL. Meta advertising technology also records page visits and successful early-access registrations.

How the information is used

• Evaluate demand for PaintQuote and which messages resonate.
• Prioritize the first quoting workflow and pilot requirements.
• Invite interested painters to research calls or pilot access.
• Measure advertising performance and identify low-quality traffic.

Submitted contact information is not sold. It is not used to market unrelated products.

Storage and service providers

Responses and validation events are stored with the infrastructure used to operate this site. Meta receives browser and server-side advertising events so PaintQuote can measure campaigns and improve delivery. For a successful registration, Meta may receive a one-way hashed version of the submitted email and random visitor identifier, along with browser identifiers, advertising click identifiers, IP address, user agent, event time, and page URL. Meta processes this information under its Privacy Policy.

Your choices

You can skip the optional research profile. You can unsubscribe from research and pilot emails at any time. To request access to or deletion of information you submitted, reply to any PaintQuote message you receive and include the email address used on the form.
